i was thinkin bout chrome handles..but it doesnt seem like it stands out that much..and i heard its kind of a pain to install...headlight retrofit would be nice..i jus dont see myself spending that much money right now..id probably be fine with an ls430 retro..but to be honest..i dont really care..but we'll see how it goes..thanks for the compliments guys

Chrome handles are annoying to install, but they're not that bad. I get compliments on mine all the time. The Blick kit went to another black GS. I'm still helping him work on stuff so he will unveil eventually. If you need some projectors retrofitted just ask. :D

^^u kno how to do it? cuz if anything itll be an ls430..id like to do the q45..but the projectors are expensive!! as far as the handles go..ill have to see..maybe mix n match..a chrome handle with white trim or something.. how much are chrome handles goin for nowadays?

Either Q45 or LS430, I can do it. Q45 and LS430 prices are pretty similar. Haven't done other ones before. I used to have LS430 but they were damaged in the accident. I got my handles for $250 shipped from Seven Star Society.

handles seem like a lot of work..i dunno if i wanna attempt it by myself..might have to ask a friend for help..IF i get it that is.. $250 isnt too bad..i thought its more like $300 something..but if decide to do a retro..ill hit u up chris

nice man real nice. probably my fave lip kit so far. how was the fitment like on it? 
 
as for door handles, honestly in difficulty i'll say its like a 3 or a 4. its not hard at all. on the CL topic i did a couple of big paragraphs on my experiences when i did it. its like a few hour job. if anything the rears are fiddley but definately not hard. if you're reasonably patient its well worth the effort.

hmm..... i been waiting to comment on this but i like the car and the kit except the front.  :shrug:  it does not match the sides in terms of height and the lines of the rest of the kit. that may also be why it may have been mentioned that the front looks higher +1 on the handles though:biggthumpup:

yea..i wouldve thought they'd make the kit even..but the front sits slightly higher than the sides..temporary liip kit i guess..might go with something else..but probably not for a while..gotta save up some funds

^^all four handles in 30mins? why's everyone sayin its bout 30mins per handle?

Uhm, i dont think so. He works at kearny mesa acura and drives a red ek hatch. He said he knows you. Antbo and I have changed handles before on a gs and its not that hard.

After changing out the handles the first time, the second time is a breeze.

it only took me about 30 min- 1 hour for all, its not that hard

shiit..when i get em...u guys can help me! i get frustrated easily..so i probably would only finish one side haha
