Alpine w505 best price in CA?

ebay or car audio forums' classifieds for unauthorized. abt for authorized right now.

crutchfield has a nice price on the w205 for $550 and that's authorized with full manufacturers warranty. not quite a 505 but close enough depending on what all you need out of it. personally, i scooped one a while ago.

*edit -  crutchfield's price on the eclipse 6620 is worth mentioning too. unless you plan on using a h701 or h100 or other ai-net device the eclipse is the better buy.

Ebay doesn't seem to have the best pricing as far as I've seen.  If not an authorized dealer I prefer doing my business in person anyway.  Ie, a store, off the street (even better).  I appreciate the help thus far but it has to be w505 specificly, thanks.

did you look at abt.com? if you want authorized that's as good as you're gonna do.

that is every authorized online dealer. and buying off the street is worse than buying from an unauthorized website. at least when it breaks 3 days after you get it most of the "reputable" (used loosely) web stores will warranty it themselves.

but if you went on ebay, and didn't like the ~$750 price tag your really just dreaming anyway...

Buying off the street has always been fine with me..  I feel I'm a good judge of character when selecting who I do any type of business with.  Although I'm not always 100% correct, let's just say payback is a bitch for doing me dirty..  I appreciate your help though, thanks again.
