Tire size for Y34 M45.

I need some help from people about tires. I know a little bit about tires, and want to find the good tire size for the 2003 M45.

I know stock size is 235/45/18. The stock wheel is 18"x7.5" +35offset.
The car running with coilover, planning on running with 18"x9.5" +19offset front and 18"x11" +9offset rear. What tire size will be good? I am planning on stretching the tires.
The fenders are rolled/shaved. I am thinking I may need to pull the fender.

Any input appreciated.

Thanks

Im horrible with the offset math thing. I just switched to 20x8.5 +22 & 20x10.5 +27. The fronts are perfect, the rears however are pushing it.

I am running 245/35/20 in the front and 275/35/20 in the rear. I trimmed the fenders and there is no real issues under normal driving. However under a hard bump at speed it rubs slightly at the very top center of the fender. I had hoped it would be cambering in under bumps but it appears not. I may switch to 265's when i need new tires. Since I only drive this car to and from work (20 miles round trip) and I know where the really bad bumps are its not much of an issue to me.

I may consider having the fenders pulled we will see.

Well, I guess my main concern is that the stock 18" tires has 45 series side wall, will 35/40 series side wall on the 18" make it look funny?
