i like the bald rear,i have been thinking bout taking my emblems off:biggthumpup:

kind of looks like a WRX rear end without the inners.

I kind of like the lights on the trunk lid, without them it just looks naked. But to each it's own.

Maybe a chrome trunk bar would brighten up the rear.

Reminds me of a Y32.

Not crazy about it, personally, but it looks well done anyways.

agreed... i was unsure about unveiling before the whole rear end was completed... i got a pretty good trick up my sleeve...

That is exactly what I was thinking....however I don't like the dull smoked light look unless it is very faint smoked and glass like glossy..especially on a black car.    The middle light thing looked fine to begin with in my opinion.

I never liked the inner lights on the GS and most cars (notice I didnt put the inner tails on my rear conversion).  On the GS, it seems like they were just put on the car and don't really flow as well as they could of if they were in some way actually connected to the tails.  The funny thing is that they don't even light up the same color as the stock tails which throws them off even more in my eyes.  Without the inner tails, the car looks wide and gives off the Big Body feel.
 
Please don't tint the new tails lol.  If you do, ill refer you to my guy.  The finish on the lights he does are high gloss with no sags.

I considered this when I had my GS but I never did it because it took away from what makes the car a GS and not something else. It's different but not something I would have done at the end of the day. You definitely need to get rid of the smoked taillights. :thelaw:

Awesome! If you decide to change the tails out to either of the red w/ clear bottom ones it'll really make the tail lights pop. That's what I did on mine. I parked next to a stock GS and mine looked  about a foot wider. That's not an exaggeration it actually LOOKED wider. I'm talking optical illusion wider. 

Chrome trunk bar is classy as shit. A must have for the inner shave. When I resprayed my trunk I took my chrome trunk bar off and accidently bent it. Now I have to fix it. :( Car looked looked sooo good with it on.

Body work looks perfect! Can't wait to see this when its done.

Wow looking good!! I bet those a BRIGHT at night. Which is good cause when you drop the inners it's harder to be seen at night even with LED tails. There will be NO DOUBT in the minds of anyone behind you as to which direction you are turning haha
