polished or satin

ok so heres the deal....i have a set of 19" auto couture supremes and back in late november it was rainy i coulnt see that well and i hit a pot hole on the highway which bent one of the rear wheels. I took it to a wheel shop in the area thats known for really good work and dropped it off for the bend and some minor curb rash on 2 of the others (one front and the other rear....no i didnt do the curb rash i bought them used lol) anyways well i called today to check on the status and they tell me that the rear rims are too wide(10.5") and too light and are causing the machine to vibrate which obviously will not allow them to get an even cut. They said they've tried various ways to stop the vibration but no luck...sooo since they cant get the machined look like originally had they said i could do one of 3 things get a painted finish (NO! lol) a satin finish or a polished finish on the lips. So the question i have for you all is...In your opinion which way would you think looks the best Polished or Satin? They will be going back on my white 96 ls400

i'd say polished. the satin will be too close to the ac face without matching. might look funny.

I'd rather have the inside powdercoated black, but that's me. The polished inner barrel is still cool though.

yup for practicality powdercoat black ftw. i only wash my inner part of the wheels like every 6 months can hardly tell when its dirty.
cant deny how nice it would look from the rear if you had polished innerbarrels and polished exhaust piping. kept clean that is.:giggity:
