UCF10/11 BUMPER W/O LIGHTS??

I saw a couple of ucf10/11 in VIPSTYLE mag that didnt have the bumper lights, does any know what company makes this kit ?  Or could it be a fitted ucf20 front kit on a ucf1x, kinda wish I had pics to show but sorry right now I don't.   I'll try to look for the pic and post it up.

Some of them are shaved and some are UCF20 or newer models' bumpers with custom work.

Ive seen em on yahoo auctions japan and once i think on upgarage. Custom FG kit. All sellers put unknown for manufacturer.

They look so hard, but I once saw a ucf30 style for a ucf10...I tried to get it stateside, but no luck and dissappeared... :(
