LS400 owners interested in Ground Control coilovers?

okay guys, im wondering who would be interested in a set of Ground Control coilovers? i talked to John from GC and he said he'd look into it. then i explained about the VIP scene and how we'd love to have a coilover we can match with our own dampener set up. of course i talked about exclusively about the 90-2000 LS400's and he said to see what kind of interest i can gather and call him back. so guys lets hear back, let me know who'd be interested in this. from looking at the prices in the site it couldnt be more than $500 but the more ppl i have interested the better. thanks

send them a core, im pretty sure they can work something out..

k, well there's a couple. ill probably be looking around also to find a stock spring/strut setup i can get donated to the cause. ill call monday and see what i can find out.

you can buy a decent coilover setup for a few hundred more after yu get decent shocks

but its not like this is a mazda 929 or something that is hard to get parts

options are out there.  Going ground control isnt cheaper than a coilover setup.  it is the same or more depending on shocks.  noone is going to track their Celsior, so its like you are going to use the excuse you need it for time attack

I know ground control is a badass setup.  but its a badass setup for guys at the track. that arent super low, that arent wanting any adjustability except to corner weight their car

having Ground control is like having a single adjustable coilover.  super limiting.

buy ebay coilovers if you want single tap coils.

agreed. single tap/sleeve for the purposes of going as low as possible is a bad idea.

There's no shortage of options already out there, both budget and high-end. Fully threaded too, for going low, which is the whole point.

+3 on that idea... purchasing shocks then the GC will be just as pricey for a lower quality setup.
