but im brian and im planning to get a 2005 gs430 black and thats going to be my vip project and only going to be putting $15,000 to $20,000 on it

What are your plans? Dollar numbers mean nothing, its all about what you buy with it.

thats a fairly decent amount to spend.....it should get you wheels, bodykit and a drop.

the n00b that posted 15-20k getting only wheels a kit and a drop....lol. Maybe if you had them all custom made....lol. 
 
4k for wheels/tires, 3k for a kit, 3k for suspension, and 2k for a good re-paint. 12k at MOST and you'll have a car ballin'.
 
lets see...cheapest build I have seen...700 for the body work, 1800 for the wheels, 1400 for the kit (+300 for fogs) 500 for the air controller, and 500 for tires...5200 total...give or take.

Is there anything lower than VIP101?  Coz I am about to demote someone there....

mate first of all i didnt mean that those mods =20k, i was just saying that he'll be pretty much set with those mods with more left over so chill
 
also im in australia so everything here cost twice as much as there so say JP kit, Asanti wheels and Air Runner here will be around 12K-15k, i was going by our inflated prices
