Supermade 240's are nice, for 240's.

the black 1 is i-ight, but i'm not a real fan of convertibles. i think the white one is nice. personally i'd lose the wing and get diffrent front fenders or blend the "vent" in so it goes with the body lines.
so much more than i was expecting from a thread that was destined to fail. i think the white one is sick as f**k.
ive never seen those wheels pulled off so beautiful on a coupe. Props 2 the white 240 but the rest of the car looks cheap like the kit isnt well made and looks like some ebay stuff :sad:
I think its decent, I prefer the mixed drifto/vip styling over this. Sticking with the standard Vertex/Version select skirt like bumpers with VIP stlye wheels.

I do like 326 Power stuff quite a bit. Mostly for the stance
I like the white one the best. Now I can appreciate the work that went into both...but still the white one looks more my speed
I'm trying to remember when these cars were posted before. They both were, but in different threads...it's perplexing. Hahaha..I hate when something is in my brain. I think the S14 was posted with a couple other 326 cars. I keep thinking that Dom posted that S13 before..or maybe it was in that conversions thread a while back.

I think one of the best ones was the coupe s13 w/ black fabulous wheels...if I remember correctly.

I still don't see anything VIP in these cars other then the similarity in the wheels used but none the less, some of these cars look great. Keep it up! (just dont use the v word)

vip sports sound cool just my own opinion I mean, I dont see whats wrong with this They have the vip wheels (empress, bazreia), the right stance on coilovers the kits are clean and suttle, something that you'll see in exe-styled cars. Cool vented fenders ive seen some that look similar to the artisan spirts vents clean paint and interior, and they even go to dope VIP CAR meets They seem more vip then some cars in the US lol. But it doesnt really matter, its all in my opinion. not like im going to convince anyone haha

Maybe in the carpark, but not at the meet.

I got it guys! LOL I am sorry I mixed up Lux Style...that escapes me because this car is not really luxury. I would get it more with a car classified as luxury but not a VIP platform. Great cars though

This is the most ridiculous thread yet. Trying to make up new VIP words/terms to confuse people more?? Bippu anybody?? Why does it have to have a VIP label?? Why can't it just be a tight car with a excellent stance. Caoboy i'm amazed you haven't torn this thread a new asshole, don't go soft on me now buddy! That aside the way the face of those auto coutures reflects off of the lip is pretty awesome.
^agreed, it is a 240 with style cues, but still a 240....an economy sport coupe. Not hating either since I drove one from 97-2007....
I think they look really good. A different set of wheels would of been better for me though....

Sorry about the obvious displeasure with the title of the thread. It was and is....just a title. Still learnin the minute differences and made a small mistake. Thanks for not flaming and I am glad that most of you are enjoying the pics I am finding in my search for more knowledge on the culture. Green Grundel...you seem to be real ticked with this...I wonder why. THis is the learning thread section, what good would tearing anyone a new one in here do? In my honest opinion I dont think a 240 will or can ever be a true VIP Style car. They are sporty 2 door cars made for more than just cruisin around in. I dont mind a 240 with a luxurios style tough. And like what was said before. It seems like people seem to think that sick ass wheels with super good fitment are only made for vip cars. wtf?

I agree ^^^, but not to smudge the line between what is exactly VIP...I can accept the criticism of what is or isnt. But I do think that if it fits the criteria, it shouldnt be too far fetched to call it so. With me it is definately a double edged sword. I see and can accept both sides. Purists, and for the lack of a better term...copies, all have there place.
do what you want and who cares what others say, just dont call it something that its not.....

Makes perfect sense to me too...thats why I thought "inspired" was ok to title this. AH well....I 100% understand whats what. All though I am having a slight blur between Bippu and VIP. Any help, what are the major differences cuz from what I have been finding, they are similar.

Get it through your heads...it's vip, pure and simple. Not Vee Eye Pee..but "vip". That other "word" was made up by some kiddies that thought people in Japan were calling it that, when they were just saying "vip" in their own language and it "sounded" that way to these guys who thought they were being all JDM tight (but were making themselves sound asinine). Nice cars. Here is my car before I sold them. I built my car with an vision of clean JDM VIP style car in mind. I didn't like the aggressive drifter style. I'm a firm believer in "less is more" concept. The paint job is done in House of Kolor Alabaster white pearl. The wheels are 18x9 and 18X10 Work Equips with custom House of Kolor Graphite Black pearl center with Mirror Polished lip/rivets. *smh* ...i still remember waaay back in the day when anybody on VSC mentioned 240's, rx7s, anything the was 2door and less than a v8.... they were insta-banned... ..now in a second we get zilvia looking 240s with no sign of ninja mods... *sigh* n e ways... there is a name for this in japan, "VIP Sport" and the only 240, to my recollection, that came close to vip...
