my friends e39 5 series

So about over a year ago, my friend bought a 528i... Black, 5speed. First thing he did was some replica wheels, new headlights.

i dont have access to his pics but thought id post em. Since then hes put m5 front bumper, updated mirrors. and recently just now... lowered the car on coilovers.

and these are the shitty pics he says,.. this was saturday.. since than he says he has lowered it some more! *you can see where his front bumper cracked from hittin road debris, its ziptied/stitched up.

Makes me really want to get one of these cars now. I know its not VIP, but seems like a good daily driver that you wont feel tempted to keep "tricking out"... just subtle tasteful mods.

I wouldnt mind goin for a 540i 6spd v8.

i wasnt a big fan of those cars, thought the front end design looked a lil bulky but I love the way his came out though, you can pick those cars up pretty cheap now too, under 10k... 

I love benzes myself, but I suppose the bmw will handle better/more hp than any comparable sized benz for that price range.

i just miss how comfortable my old benz was compared to my rx7 *cant really do much with it since it grabs alot of cop/theft attention*.

he said the coilovers are Bavaian Auto

hes got 25mm spacers front and back
and the wheels are 18x8.5 +12, 18x9.5 +22

i think i have seen his car on zilvia.net... super clean
