Looks like Carlsson 1/6 to me.

yeah that is the chromed out carlsson 1/6.

I used to have those for my 99 RL and I totally regret selling them now.I've done other 19" on my car and none of them look as BIG and as THICK as this Carlsson 1/6. It's wonderful because the design capitalizes on the FULL DIAMETER of the wheel and extends all the way out to the outer lip.

this gives a very strong illusion of a bigger wheel.

I agree with carlssons giving the illusion of a bigger wheel. The 2/6's have more dish.lol
