Signature photo will not change

For some reason the old picture of my car will not delete even if i remove it. I have been trying for awhile to delete that photo. When i go under the user cp/signature/delete it removes it from there but it stays in the small sig in the top left. any suggestions?

Did you try to upload a new one?  Otherwise..send me a pm with what you'd like as your final result...

i did try. its not working at all. ill send you a pm of the photo and maybe you can fix it. thanks man.
