#228631reborn babies
The process usually starts out by taking a play or collector doll and enhancing it to resemble a human baby. Hence the name reborn doll. The process of creating a reborn baby is referred to as reborning which truly is an art form with all the work and time involved. The technique of reborning dolls has evolved over the past few years with better techniques, paints and supplies. Additional enhancements may include a magnetically attached "umbilical cord", a battery powered heartbeat simulator, breathing simulator, magnetic mouth to hold a pacifer and heat packs just to mention a few. It truly becomes a living doll.
There are many women out there who care for these babies like they're real. Dress them each day, brush their hair, burp them and even take them out on strollers and whatnot. This is considered their hobby and they enjoy the presence of a baby. Each reborn baby can sell up to $4,000.
What do you think? downright creepy?
