buying off yahoo auction

so here i am looking for an exhaust for my 00 y33 axle back.i search everywere but only find what i want on the yahoo auctions.how do i buy what i want? i dont want a muffler delete so im just going to figure out how to get items from japan.can anyone help me out.i have found like 5 different setups i want for my car and cant buy them.if u can help me pm me please:turborant2:
