i might get another van in the future..i still have my accord and civic wagons...vans are defintely a great people mover.....i got some things up my sleeve for vans still...and my friend who bought my van and i are working on bringing some of it out on his van....so ill be around still...as far as the kits..i bring in parts with some friends, we all go in on a container..used to be 4 times a year..but with the ecomony and customs taking our money...it went down to 2 a year to maybe only one this year..:pat:

no your not slakin...i just wantd to bring more president flavor and g50 love to the mainland west coast..i wish i had the kouki parts, i have 3 sets and they are all zenki and mid....no full koukis..so no fogs right now.... i need to find my self some insurance fogs to fill my bumper...also gonna keep it black..black on black g50s are hard to find out here...

Not that my opinion matters, and maybe I'm just more conservative then everyone else, but I think it looks like an alien and will completely detract from the freshness that already is your car.

Again the bottom line should be "do what you like." But personally, I think the mirrors take away from the elegance and classiness that car should hold. IMO...

Also, knowing how fast you seem to go through cars, I'm already thinking about how I can make some money available to grab this when you sell it in a month... :biggthumpup:

Mirrors look so Dignitary/Presidential but only work if teh entire car is kitted and done right....which this looks like it will be anyway.  I personally like them when done right, but not y themselves as in the pic posted above!

I wish I had a president just like that with the mirrors up there.  Would be nice to have some of those little flag holders on the front with the Japanese flag for car shows :O

im used to it, my devils kit for my lexus came from fetchVIP in one super big box (i didnt know they made cardboard boxes that big), and my president conversion came on 2 pallets from panda garage....  BUT please more pics man, everyone love pics....

new car guys..and im gonna hit you up as soon as i get the parts in mista 808...the widened and the stock body with similar front and rears. for now...wide wheel options are limited right now..so building another one with easier offsets for now too...lol...going in to paint this weekend and the widened fender car gets more work in this week and into paint in 2 weeks..

heheh..i posted up the lwb years ago..but that was when i was still working on my 1st q45 and my vans...it was lhd coverted about 6 years ago.. since there was no room for it..it has been at differnt shops since then trying to get the acitve suspension fixed...its not done, but at least its at a height that is drivable for now..

You President *****!  LOL  You keep taking it up another level.  My only request is that I hope that you keep this Project even after she is completed.  Look forward to more updates.

The first swb goes back into the shop next for more custom work. should be done in a month or 2...for sure by august. the second swb comes out of paint this week. and the lwb will go into paint maybe next week for minor body work and paint touch up right after. all will be 100% done in august. hopefully..lol.

the plan was instead of renting limos for our wedding we were gonna use all the ody vans..but then i came up on these presidents, so well have them all slammed and wheeled and the lwb for me and the wifey, the widened swb for the groomsmen and the regular swb for the brides maids..LOL..watchall think...all black..thats why after august..if anyone wants one..ill have 3....thats also why the urgency to get them all done asap..

LOL.  I almost put them on a project car I was doing for a friend off of the boards.  They are tempting to use because of size, availability and the simplicity of them.  You don't really need to restyle a car to pull them off.
 
The car looks amazing.  I can't wait to see it with paint.

yeah i was driving on the freeway one day in traffic and for the 45 minute ride, i was checking out all the different vents on the cars passing me, thinking about the lines on the g50 and what would work. at the same time, there was a rover sport pacing me all the way to work. and then it just hit me...rover vents..LOL as i exited off the freeway..picked up my vents for $25 on ebay that same hour..

So how fun was it fitting your FD wheels on the phgeehiddy?  Haha..they look at home there though now after the fender work.

good eye...i actually was basing the flares on a whole different set, and then the wheels off the fd became available and they just happened to barely fit. The rear is stretching a 275/35/19 which is really wide for my car..it tucks as is but i think after i down size a little i can roll it full slam with passengers.

still working out the ideas....i was gonna make a channel in the kit for the chrome..but time isnt there right now..so maybe after the wedding...

ha ha, i actually bummed the idea from no-other and put it into play

they look bigger on the range because of the color contrast....they will look very small once color matched
