WTB 5x112 to 5x114 adapters

i read about the wobble lugs before. i might have to get a set and try it on my benz wagon.

i know about the wobble bolts too but a better alternative is putting sleeves in each of the wheel holes to make the difference. you can put 5x114.3 wheels on a benz 5x112. talk to someone at rbwheels...its cheaper and safer

actually, i'm trying to go 5x112 wheels on 5x114 car, so i guess it'd have to drill it out, then put in sleeves..

Wheel machining/sleeving is very expensive in my area.  I just ordered the wobble lugs on Monday and will post results soon.  I am putting some 5x112 wheels on my 02 Q45

I have a 2000 AE that i am considering putting some lorinser wheels on (since nobody wants to buy the wheels) just for kicks.
 
would you happen to know if the stud lengths, etc would work this way?  (you mentioned a few things on the CL post i dont remember off the top of my head..)

Whatever you do don't deal with Lakeshore Wheel and Tire.  I ordered on Monday and have received no response from them after 4 emails and 2 ph messages.  I have called my credit card company and asked Lakeshore to cancel the order.  I am going to order from Radarwerks instead: [url]http://raderwerks.com/parts_details.cfm?type=9[/url] 

I am not sure what you mean about the studs.  I think the studs will work fine because most manufacturers use about the same length. 

My biggest concern is that the lugs may be so close to the lug sleeve that will be hard to get a socket on it to torque to spec.  They have 19mm heads so I will probably need a thin wall socket.
