SuperMade Instant Gentleman Y34

Well looks like Yoshida finally unvieled his Instant Gentleman Y34. Online its being described as (remember this is a direct translation :pat: )

"While the flared design, because the overhang has been shortened, making it harder to scrape by when short aero-car."

Simply gorgeous.  I love the choice in wheels as well.

This is the face that car is making.


Everything else is spot-on though. The stance, the wheels, the skirts, the rear bumper, and those little LEDs in the front bumper. All super awesome.

One of the best m45s i have seen.

hmmm, I don't know. Not a fan of the kit.

i digg the sides

but not up to par with most of the kits ive seen for y34, just IMO.

love the wheels though

i wish SuperMade would bring out some Instant Gentleman gear for JZS16, since its about the only japanese kit maker who there is a local distributor for here in Perth, WA... means i would save a hell of a lot of shipping costs :P

meh. don't really like anything about the kit. wheels are sick though, although not necessarily on that car.

I like the sideskirts...it ends there though...

i like their s-chassis kits better

very clean...still the nicest chassis for an exterior build in my books.

wheels dont do it justice though, and the white roof spoiler with a black roof doesnt flow. haha

Front bumper is a little gaudy but overall the car is sick. I still like this one better:

it is true! the shorter the bumper the less likely its going to scrape

Not too bad, plays off of the design of the car. Defiantly not BAD. I'm not leaking man gravy over it, its just ok.

I love it for the same reason I love Auto Couture, you can ride super low and still have clearance...

different ... i like the lines in the rear ;P on the bottom  flows nice

i think this kit is perfect if you are wanting vip flavor with a tuner after taste! i looove this kit!

The lines are perfect I love the skirts and the rear but I on the fence about the very front the wheels and stance are super on point...nicely done

i've always loved the y34, but this one is DOPE!

yep im definately in the fan category, i like it.
 
also i reckon the c/f roof and painted wing probably looks better in real life cause you can see the grain of the c/f. on my S13 i had a c/f boot and a supermade boot wing which i painted body colour, and it looked a bit odd in some pics but nice in real life i thought, gave some contrast and drew your eye to the c/f

it looks like a bootleg of a bootleg.

It doesn't look bad, but it looks like someone was trying to skimp and bought a cheap kit.

Put me in the "Indifferent" column.

daym..that kit is sexy.  i like the front bumper how its aggresive and clean at the same time. i love the murdered wheels.

its def a sexy car, however, I love the s-chassis kits so I guess I had too high of expectations to absolutely love this kit.   My main issues are with the front bumper, but oh well, still very nice.

yuck car. vip + sportiness is not my taste.

I had shopped some bumper bars into the front, like a continuation of the middle piece. It looks better.

for the bumper to fit a usy34, you will need to trim the front impact bar (whatever that duhicky is called) and swap out your front grill for the japanese y34 one

I am not a fan of the kit.  I do like sporty vip as long as its within the lines of luxury sort of like AMG.

I think if the wheels were fully polished it would look better. Overall, I love it!

I think different wheels would make a world of difference on that car.  there are a few really nice y34's and the have more classic VIP style that all look good.

think the front bumper is ugly, much rather go aimgain.

Y34 looks so rad in white!  

M45/Y34 is the ugly step child... when they are stock!  But damn they look good when done right.

I also like it,  its a nice change from alll the cookie cutter kits we see.

I do enjoy the kit a lot!! There are a few kits that are making it harder and harder to keep the y34 simple.

looking great... i like a different flavor now and then.... but it seems the vip trend is going more sporty and out there lately.

i like the car, just not the wheels. i like the size and fitment, just not the design for that car.

I really like that kit matches the car. The wheels on the other hand i would of whent with a differnt more full face and agracive look. But yeah thum up on the car :biggthumpup:

I don't think those wheels are giving the car the right look. I ps'd this really quick. I kinda like the kit, and am def considering the roof spoiler. Although I will probably try an Ebay one like my lip spoiler.

I think those meister's fit the style of the car perfectly. Supermade has that sport luxury look.

Maybee they are just too dark for me on the white car. I know its sport lux, but too dark.

Like a lot of Yoshidas cars this is a drift car. This car in particular has a 380 PS SR20

Kinda solidified it for me...looks cheesy.

Hate the wheels in that color combination on that particular car...I can see it looking better in black or maroon with some Diamond Cuts.

Too be honest with you, This car well the Y34 in general is such a different car. its not like another car on the road. and yours expecially is sooo beautiful and very tastfully modded. GJ man

Does anyone know the offsets of those wheels? I can't find offsets matched with pictures for the y34 anywhere.

I can get a few of these kits for a decent price if I can get a few buyers. If anyone one is interested shoot me a pm.

Y34 is not ugly in stock form.  Do u know Porsche assist the design on this car when it first came out in Japan 1999.  The car is clean and classy thats what I like it about it. Did I mention it was narrower for lower tax in Japan. Now thats true JDM chasis.  We are lucky to have a true JDM chasis on the US soild.  Usually a Japanese car company design a new chasis they will consider the US market if they were deisign to export as well .  In this case with Y34, it was never intend to be an export model when the car introduce.  that how u come across a truly unique vehicle on the road today.
