Snapped Wheel Studs!

Snapped on the drive home. 

Lucky me I was exiting. I knew it was coming, just trying to get home.

Snapped @ spacers. Was able to jack the car up, remove spacer and run on stock spare.

Damn Ichiba. 

Wheels are just fine. Landed on tires. 

If only this was my camber :runcoold: and not an accident...

So you broke up with her pretty recently? Cause this happened pretty recently. Can't really blame Ichiba if you use an impact gun to tighten your lugs. Glad you're okay though, like everyone said, it could've been much worse.

Glad your alright.  I had something like that happen to me once back in the day.  I looked in my side mirror and seen the wheel wobbling around left to right lol.  It was scary

Were they torqued to spec by hand?

Had an extra set of ichiba studs, on temporary.

Picked up ARP studs for all around. Gonna install them friday. 

Trust me, no more impact gun for me.

I still need a torque wrench.

If you do use an impact gun go to sears auto and take the colored extension 

 i believe yellow might be to spec Not to sure thou

I use to work at a tire shop, and we had an attachment for the impact gun that would tighten it to the proper torque specs for the car. Then when that was said and done, we would double check it with a manual torque wrench.

Something tells me you broke up with her. I know I would, looks like she got the door touching the barrier wall. I would snap over that lol.

Word! As AGI says! ifs its between buying new wheels or buying your girlfriend a present!  buy the wheels!

Damn that sucks that it broke glad to hear everything is alright now.

Dang that sucks. At least its ok now. But yea, if youre gonna use an impact use a proper torque stick.
