wheel-*****s.com down?

I've been able to access wheel-******.com all day until about 5pm.

All I get now is:[I]
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server."[/I]

I have a feeling it's not down, and maybe something with my IP?

Can someone just see if it loads up for you?
