I looked around and the only place i found y33 top hats is on yahoo.co.jp auction does any one ]know any other places?
i think you might be able to get cusco top hats from a vendor.
nope everyone is saying 1 month wait but its more like 1.5 to almost 2 month wait just to get those Cusco I am having the same issue.
