New owner of 04 LS430 Ultra

Hey Guys, you all probably remember me for my xB build.  I parted it out and made some of my money back and I traded in the box for this LS.  The LS was at a  Chevrolet dealership.  They ended up giving me $7000 trade in and I put $6000 down.  I got the LS for $13000 out the door.  It was a one owner with 52,000 miles. Flint Mica in color with Cream Leather. It has normal wear and some small things I don't like in the interior but for this price and mileage it was hard to pass up.  I'm trying to get rid of my accord and I'll use that toward either mods are trying to get this sucker paid off sooner.

I leave for Iraq in 10 days, I'll have plenty of time for some research and saving money.  My plan when I get back is to have the suspension and wheels completed.  Sean, I'll def be in touch with you. I'm gonna order this stuff prob 2-3 months before I come back!  As far as a kit I'm feeling a lip kit from g-answer.  The ultra edition has too many things on the bumper to transfer over onto a full bumper replacement kit.  When I get back from Iraq my squadron is supposed to be homeport changing to San Diego.  So I'll get to meet all you west coast guys.

13k??? damn this economy is terrible. nice pick up though. when i picked up my car 2 years ago, an 05 430 UL was like 35-40k for a real clean one! i wish i rocked an xb til now! oh and of course good luck in iraq.

Thanks guys for all the kind words.  Remember the car was $26K.  I got $7K for a trade and I put down $6K making the out the door total at 13K.  

I'm not attached to a ship, I'm in a helicopter squadron that is going to be attached to the Navy Seals and we are going to be doing insertion and extraction for them.  Can't wait to get back and start tinkering with it.

Traded in the xB stock.  The 6K I put down was from parts I sold off of it.

im guessing army? are you a crew chief? my cousin is an army pilot (warrant officer) for the black hawks and is always over in the sandbox (im prior active duty AF) you may see him?

I'm in the Navy.   I'm an electrician on helicopters.  We are usually on a army base so the chances of seeing your cousin is pretty good.

Man i would love to cop an LS430 such as that but i'm too scared to give up my baby. Congrats on the new purchase. Your XB was smashin'.

for some reason this body style is my personal fav of the LS ser.
 
it has evolved a lot from that ugly looking thing they made a year earlier with the headlights from hell!

I've got the ball rolling.....  This will be interesting, this isn't a 14K xB anymore.  I'm just curious to see what a Flint Mica LS is going to look like styled in VIP manner, It isn't your traditional color.  I hope I can execute as good as I did with the xB.  Any Flint LS430 owners on here?

I've been working the night shift for the Navy and it seems that because we don't get paid over time it is ok to work many 16hr work shifts.  We have Search and Rescue Evaluation /  AMMT Inspection + 9 Aircraft to work on..... Man why do I live this life?  Anyways, I got my Celsior Visors + my Data Controller for my car from Sean @ JDMPalace finally installed!  Sorry that the pic is a Cell Phone pic but that's all I got for now. Got a tracking # for the wheels!  Turns out I might be moving to SD by Nov now.  I'm debating if I'm going to mount tires on the wheels or just wait until I get to Cali to do all the work / making the wheels fit.

What are all the specs on your new wheels?
