Little do you know that Cali is going up a point.  So 7.75 will be  8.75 and thats only in some areas of San Diego.   VISTA, NATIONAL CITY, MIRA MESA is 8.75 and El Cajon is 8.25 already and they will also go up a point so watch out for that.
