Wishin and workin to get outta the shit...

Just thought I'd Intro myself. 
Names Drew outta Tacoma WA. 
I'm 25 and not gettin no younger damnit.
Started as a muscle car guy when I was little (bout 9 or so)
Changed to imports with my main interest being Nissan and Toyota, but unfortunatlly I worked on hondas more then anything else.
Well I'm at a point in my life where I feel like it's time to get away from my beloved Nissans and move on to other things.
 
I currently own a 1989 nissan 240sx that is my DD/Track car. The closest thing I have to something that could be a VIP car is a 1985 Toyota Cressida Wagon and I deff dont think anyone on here would think its VIP. I know I dont. 
 
I'm in the process of working out a trade for a 91 LS 400 though. So if that goes through it will be my DD/Project car.
 
Hopefully after Basic Training I'll be picking up a Y33 and turning that into my VIP car.
 
Anywho I look forward to getting to know everyone on here and seeing how everyones cars come along. I'll do my best to be a productive member of this intranet family. <-----Damn that sounded gay.:signdammit:

welcome to the boards.  its good to see another washingtonian with an interest in VIP.  since your a nissan guy you should come out to the NWN Golden Gardens meet at the end of the month.. ill bring my car out.. there will be some other VIP guys there as well.. 

p.s. Cressida's can be VIP inspired cars if you do them up right

Anyways, looks like things have changed a little bit for me. Was hopefully going to pickup a UCF10 (I know its older but a man gotta start somewhere) on a trade but I think the guy is flakin out on me.
 
Plans were to trade outta my 240 for this UCF but now I might end up trading for a 69 510. My 85 Cressida Wagon is going to go under the knife and she will come out as a VIP inspired TRACK CAR. Then it's off to basic training. After BT I will be picking up a proper VIP though. So with a little luck and support I hope to rep the NW with pride.

haha..yeah, cali has some nice cars! but WA has some nice cars too.
