what are you y33 guys running. i'm leaning more towards aimgain right now, but was wondering what some of you other cats are using.
I had a full custom dual magnaflow setup. Replaced the two mid resonators with magnaflow 2.5" mufflers and straight pipes the rest of the way. Sounded amazing, low and rumbly, and quiet in the cabin.
rear muffler delete, dual 22" magnaflow truck tips. looks great, sounds great.

anybody know what's a good magnaflow muffler to get for our cars? I don't know but I like the look of a chrome muffler with some nice tips for the ass. I also would like a deep sound but not too ricey. I was gonna pick up a full exhaust from japan but I figured I can get a cheaper custom setup for half the price from a local shop i know of. any ideas?
For just a a rear muffler?? If you want to replace just the rear muffler, have the shop cut the factory exhaust off at the x pipe and do a 3" pipe back to this muffler and add tips to fit what you want. Depends on how loud you want it. Yes the two resonators were replaced with 2 mufflers. And straight pipes back. It was not loud at all, but sounded perfect for a Luxury sedan in my eyes. I have grown past loud exhausts.
i id a muffler delete also just over this weekend.let me tell u i love. it.i used the same size pipe as stock maybe a little bit bigger and i used 2 magnaflow tips 3.5 inch out .ill post pics tomorrow

For my q45 i had my eye on the "[SIZE=1][B]MAGNAFLOW SS MUFFLER WITH TIP 2.25" INLET 14X5X8 AND 3" TIPS 14862" [/B]run 2 2.25" pipes after the resinetors and somewhere befor muffler get a [B]Y [/B]joint and weld that shit up and call it good. :shrug: [/SIZE] [B][/B]
Muffler Delete with tips, did it last night. Just cut off the truck muffler and replaced it with factory sized piping and two tips. straight pipes off the cats, in to an X-pipe OR H-pipe (google it), into dual mufflers (flow master, borla, magnaflow), out the back into whatever size pipes you desire... if it sounds too raunchy, like a camaro or mustang, add resonators before the mufflers after the cats where ever there is space to tone it down. i plan on doing my own exhaust system, dont know when though... but plan on using an X-pipe, and dual flowmaster mufflers...
