any idea what kit this it?

i have know idea whos car this is or even if the person is on this site all i know it the car is sick and i want that body kit 
ive been looking for months and it looks like it might me an insurance but the pics on the site looks a lil off and i didnt want to order it and it be wrong, so if any one knows the kit please let me know it wold be a great help
