JP Scara's true 3 piece?

I need clarification of a 3 piece rim.  I thought that 3 piece rims can be fully disassembled, but the Scara's barrels are welded together so how can it be disassembled?

most r welded. i know of some oz wheels that are a true 3 piece.

It's a 3pc but as said, the Inner and Outer barrel are welded together.

That sucks I thought I was able to get some more lip on them, guess not.

Anyone know of a place who came make it happen in the NYC area or if it's possible at all?  I stopped by SL metal in Long Island and was told that if I could source the outter barrel he can do it but I know JP doesn't sell just the outter barrel.

kodiak doesnt sell barrels anymore, i emailed them a few months ago about some wheels i have laying around that i thought would be better with a better offset. i emailed them twice asking about it and both times they told me they dont offer that service anymore. if somehow you end up getting them to do it, lmk lol.

do a search on here.. I think I was just reading something on another thread about this same thing
