Aftermarket HID quality...which is best?

I just recently bought a Benz for my mom and it didn't have HIDs. It's for a 2008 E-class and takes H7 low beam bulbs and H11 fog lights. I don't want to buy off ebay because I think they are all low quality cheap kits. I'd pay more and buy from a more known website in the automotive world. I remember McCulloch back in the days and looked it up and they are going for $200 for a single beam kit. Do you think this brand is still good in quality or is there something better?

Most of the good ones are all from the same supplier in Germany. Beware of anything that doesn't tell you where it's made or if it is made in China (aka EBay brands).

most important thing is Do NOT touch the bulbs when installing...oils in your skin will effect the performance and longevity of the bulb. G/L
