Anyone read the March issue of Superstreet?

I was grocery shopping came across the magazine section and seen a superstreet magazine and as I was flipping through it I came across this article on VIP car. It was pointing out all the characteristics of a "BIPPU" car. Just thought I'd show you guys this.=)..I think this is VIP Tint+Glass' car?

yah i saw that article.. my friends EK hatch was one of the cars used in it

i just thought it was funny that the styles that they pointed out as being wack were features that they had in the magazine around 01'-03'

yeah my ride.  that feature was when it was kelvins though.  

yeah i think its funny too cuz all those pics are from SS's features.  they were cool enough back then, now theyre trashin em.

one of my teammates is in that issue, so i have an excuse for that lol.

what store were you in that had that months issue still on the store rack i think that issue is 2 or more years old. there's another mag with all the same people called projectcar i think and they did up a G50 Q with some vip parts but some clearly not vip parts. I guess take the good and bad together VIP is making US mags but they really don't get it in my eyes. But I did like the car sthat was used in the photos for superstreets article

no its a recent issue. i got a couple of them

I thought I was reading that more than a year ago I'll have to try to look it up and I dont know if they did another issue on it but if its new my bad i thought it was older.

yeah, its this years march...when i saw the GS i was like...didnt they feature this already? then i read it and lolled.

yo my bad i aint picked up a superstreet in a while but i know I saw this before or atleast something like it thanks for the help on where or when but still mag pages count for somethin, any time a bike I ride makes a mag you know I;m a read it so anything VIP in mags is good if it does our style right.

One of my best friends(Sean K) and exroomate actually helped with that article, it may be a tad generic, but it has to appeal to all ages and levels of automotive knowledge.

i joined in 05 so what does make me....? i think the recession will keep VIP from going mainstream a lil exposure never hurt.  How about collectively as a community we publish our own magazine and respresent it how it should be represented. Just a thought.

im still a big fan of drifting and want to eventually have a purpose built drift car, thing is, my current S13 is not really daily driveable anymore but i dont want to spend more money on it if i cant go drift it anywyas. sooo, selling it to get a VIP daily driver. also, need a change of pace, tired of getting pulled over for my loud exhaust and speeding. also, my back is now killing me after 5 minutes of driving it haha. anyways, if you guys think im a poser so be it, ill try not to be too much of a nuisance on this forum. just wanted a site where i could get valuable info on a car i want to get :shrug:

VSC isn't here to bash people because they are new, or they have "mis-information"  What we should do is, take the young grasshopper by the hand and have him catch the fly with these chopsticks... ehh ok bad joke, my bad...

I swear. Some of the members on here buy luxury cars but they sure as hell can't buy class. I wonder if vip will ever really take off in this country full of haters. I wouldn't be surprised to see the "scene" staying as is when economic times change with the amount of people bashing noobs here. And when it comes to join dates I've been on forums talking to people in japan since before some of the people here knew what offset was. I don't think we should keep judging people by their car but moreso what they can bring too the table. I'm done babbling now.
