well, from what I know about Lexus, you should get hub centric rings since the Lexus/Toyota hub is smaller than Nissan/Infiniti and Lexus are sensitive to the hub size of wheels and spacers being perfect fit. but other than that your good.

The only difference between Nissan/Infiniti and Lexus/Toyota are the hub size and the thread pitch of the studs....

but thread pitch doesnt apply if youre going to re-use the LS wheel nuts or get new wheel nuts.. which wheels were you looking to put on? im wondering how it would look...
