SoCal Booze 21+ only

Below is a list of booze I have that I don't want to drink anymore.   All bought at the same time and less than 1 year ago.  I'm sticking to scotch or something with vodka if mixed drinks.   Got these to mess around after I took a bartending class.   Never got into it since it just wasn't a good idea for my liver.   Prices to the right is the Bevmo prices I got off their site if buying new.    Most have been opened and I've mixed some drinks for myself.   Anyways I hope this isn't illegal as long as I sell it to 21+ of age person.   If it is please let me know so I can cancel the sale.

$70 for it all or trade for some ammo (ex. 9mm,357mag,40S&W, 38sp, 5.56, 7.62, .308)
 
Located in South Orange County.   Must be over 21 to buy/trade.   If you look under 35 I will need to check a valid CDL or other government issued identification.

im pretty sure the sale of alcohol without a license is illegal in America. Not to even mention you aren't allowed to sale alcohol online at all.

Haven't looked into the law.   I'm not a retailer and not making any profit so I don't see anything wrong with it.   Long as I don't sell it to a minor and do this as a living.    Anyways it's long gone and I lost some money but I'm ok with that.

There are plenty of companies selling alcohol online.   You just have to be over 21 to purchase and receive the package.   I believe they check ID upon delivery.   Bevmo ships.
