site downtime?

Anybody have any idea on whats going on...
This is the 2nd time in the last week that VSC has been down for 24hours... 
I was going thru withdrawal:runcoold:.. and I had to spend some time on that just awful Club Lexus Forum:sad:... or as I call it Club Loser... 
Please keep VSC up and running for all of our sake:biggthumpup:

is it just me or has there been a lot of downtime lately?

1) the reason it's been down is much needed maintenance... we used to shut down for an entire month before for clean up but we haven't done that for a minute now so be happy! :thelaw:
 
2) There is no need to disrespect Club Lexus. They are and have been a very active part of our membership since most can remember and most original members came from there first. We do not tolerate that type of insults towards people in the auto community.
 
3) If you want to ensure VSC is kept up and running then make sure we never get the plug pulled on us by making sure no unacceptable content makes it on to our forums.

I myself came from Club Lexus... I would read post about VSC all the time.. and I have to say that I am so much happier here... the content of subjects is bar none... Love VSC! Now lets help out VSC by selling some Tshirts and Stickers (hint hint)

Nothing wrong with Club Lexus besides their wheel fitment. Is  VSC using the server to fold proteins like CL? lol. VSC moves too slow for me but I like both forums.

to be honest i don't miss much here even if it is down, the only sub forum i really look in here is the lounge and off topic.

I heard server migration gone wrong or something, on CL.

I am slowly working on getting the new server ready.  Hopefully I can get rid of the damn high server loads we have been experiencing as of late.  I will keep everyone posted as best as I can.
