nice work, gonna try to get the girls I35 down like that once the wheels get here.
You may want to switch to the I35 front grill instead...but the car looks great.
laughed at the GTR badge on the other max though.

I considered getting the i35 grill a while back, but I couldnt find one. I kinda like how my grill follows the hood lines though. I might pick one up if i see one come by. still. Thanks man.

Thanks. Surprisingly enough, the black car went through a BIG demodding phase a while back. If you think it is a little busy now, you'd freak out if you saw how it used to be. lol

Thank you. I really hate that the a32/a33 cannot be cambered in the rear. This really limits us as far as aggresive wheel fitment goes, without extensive fender modding of course.
Thanks again everyone.

See now I'm curious, any pics of how the Black Max use to look?
What wheels are on that black max BTW?
Much Respect.
Be Blessed.

Wheels are TSW jaramas
F-19x9.5 +35(?)
R-20x10 +28(w/spacer)
The only pic I have is after he already got rid of most of the old stuff.
Before this picture, he had carbon fiber everywhere. hood, trunk, spoiler and most interior panels were all carbon fiber also. He used to be on bags, but i believe he was already on the JICs for this
picture.
Dont let the outside fool you though. Under the hood currently sits a mildly built VQ35 with the FWD nissan 6 speed transmission. Before he rebuilt it, the motor put down 230hp to the wheels with no 02 sensors, a dead knock sensor, heavy 20' wheels, untuned and running so rich that fuel constantly would drip from the exhaust. This is all N/A by the way. The car is fast as hell.
All the work on the car aside from the shaved door handles and paint was done by him.
By the way. I see there are a few shane's on here. I'm another on. lol ShaneS I guess.

definitely not feeling the kit on the black max. or the fenders or side mirrors either.
I think leaving the OEM bumpers would have been good enough.

The front bumper on the black one is OEM. It just has a stillen front lip adden onto it. The sides were from a g35 kit that was molded to fit. The old r33 bumper was real low so he needed something as low as it at the time. The rear is also molded to the car.

The rear only rubs if I hit a pretty good sized bump in the road. It certaintly looks like it rubs more than that though. I never ride with anyone in the back seat, but if i did, it'll rub if i try to switch lanes. lol
I'm gonna go down to a 235/35/19 tire when these wear down. That will virtually eliminate all rubbing.
Cant wait to see yours

I had to trim the metal the holds the bumper on mine.. That helped a little. I should be dropping mine towards the middle of next month. I'll definetly post up some pics once that happens.

Ahhh... she'll get used to it. When I first dropped the car with these wheels and came home, my girl hated it. She would ask me if I was gonna leave it like this everyday.
A week later, she told me she wanted me to teach her how to drive "slammed" :smiley-rofl:
I was planning on getting her a y33 and doing a mild drop for her, but she wants my car.

Here is where she wants it to stay for height....but I'll keep working her to go lower.

We are going to continue the Sakura theme from the sessions neck pads on the outside of the car too...
