Here's something I've been doing the past two years on/off and got it today finished.
Well not quite finished, I'm not pleased with the bg and the rims. :|

kouki is the later model of the s14 the 97-98

zenki is the earlier model of the s14
the 95-96

kouki and zenki are used in many other car makes as well to such as hachiroku's i dont know the exact translation

Zenki = early/before/etc.
Kouki = later/after/etc.

Not sure if there's really a literal translation, but that's my best educated guess.

doesnt look like full vector to me.more like a live trace with blur filter to me.

Don't know exactly what you mean by vector.
It's a cartoon. Here's the original:

Everything in it is brushed and I used a little bit of blur in the chassis and motion blur on the rims (after they were brushed) to make 'em look like they're moving.
