Nissan S14 Artwork (56k warning)

Here's something I've been doing the past two years on/off and got it today finished.
Well not quite finished, I'm not pleased with the bg and the rims. :|

kouki is the later model of the s14 the 97-98

zenki is the earlier model of the s14
the 95-96

kouki and zenki are used in many other car makes as well to such as hachiroku's i dont know the exact translation

Fixed the title for you.  Is this a lowered opacity vector over a picture?  Or full vector?

Zenki = early/before/etc.
Kouki = later/after/etc.

Not sure if there's really a literal translation, but that's my best educated guess.

doesnt look like full vector to me.more like a live trace with blur filter to me.

Don't know exactly what you mean by vector.
It's a cartoon. Here's the original:

Everything in it is brushed and I used a little bit of blur in the chassis and motion blur on the rims (after they were brushed) to make 'em look like they're moving.

that game was dope... other than the fact that you could start off with any car you want. made it too easy.
