i dont think its at a proper angle or height. its more looks than anything. i would think it would need be more up on your lower back instead of your tailbone.

It would be GOOD for your back if it was a lumber pillow, but down that low it promotes BAD posture and will put even more pressure on your low back/spine and hips....

Yeah really jut for looks I think. I use the black ones in my rear seats and when people get in (rare :shrug:) Thye immediately try to get them out. It's not really comfortable for me. The design is low and in the wrong place for it to be ergonomic. 

But I love them for accents of VIP look in my rear seats. 

PS: My question to seller is what's the shipping for a pair to 90036? Oh and I want white.

These Hip pads are actually very comfortable for me i think. :) I have been using them on my car for a while now too.
