I thought the platinum cars were always on coilovers? Em i mistaken or is this car on air? Looks like it to me.

they are on the cups since forever lol

They are mostly coilovers besides that one 3rd gen GS at wekFEST which was on air. The LS should be on coilovers.

i was led to believe these cars were on their new cup system? but i could be wrong.

You could always dump the coils for shows.

i just always had the assumption that platinum vip had the idea of like bags are for f(you get the idea) and all of their cars were on coilovers.

i read the same comments a long  time ago in refrence to this same pic(i dont remember where) and that ls is on coils. they just dumped it a bit lower for the show

They are all on coils. That is an old picture of the LS460 before it was on the cup kit. I'm sure it was dropped a little more for show. They still drive slammed.

they were always on coils.  i dont know how many of their cars on on cups now.

cups and bags are still way different.

does anyone know why they dont tint their cars, only
put curtains?

do they leave out tint just to show off that balling
interior?

the thing is, with cups, you can't ride high. i think their beef was with cats who had air and parked low and drove high. with a cup setup, you can't drive high and park low -- you can only drive low and raise it temporarily for speed bumps and driveways (at least that's my understanding of how these cup setups work).

either way, i'm thinking of getting a set, because getting stuck at the in-n-out next to my house is nooooo fun at all :(
