#243350The Word "VIP"
Im curious...Does the word vip (as in rhymes with dip), have any influence from the english word V.I.P. (vee eye pee)?
If so I would imagine it being a Japanese miss pronunciation of of the english acronym.
I mean i could only image V.I.P. and luxury going hand in hand.
Therefore....if the Japanese got it from Vee Eye pee, and pronounced it vip, but spelled it bip, then don't we have the right to mispronouce their spelling and call it bippu:biggthumpup:
Haha, but honestly I have never said bippu ever, or used it, and when II read the thread about bippu not being real/correct it mad eme feel good, becuase vip sounds wayy cooler then bippu(bippu just sounds uncomfortable for me).
