was received as a gift a while ago but i never got around to installing them.

- they are brand new and have never been used at all, just opened out of box to check them out.
- there are 5 for each side and each one has 4 WHITE L.E.D.s 
-Comes with all mounting hardware necessary for installation.

sorry, lights actually have one big LED and not 4 small ones.

I called them and re verified the information and that price is because it is for the amber.
