No Forum Jump?

I was wondering why VSC doesn't have a forum jump drop down menu at the bottom of every section and thread. I know it could be because we aren't on vBulletin but is there any way we could include this feature on the board?

I am preparing for it to happen within the next week or two.  I will give everyone at least a 72 hour notice and a countdown from there
