Anybody know anything about this Aristo

I was on the way home the other day and the guy stopped just up the road from my house so i snapped some shots.  At first the mustangs caught my eye, but when i stopped i bout creamed myself...Anybody know anything about it?

the owner prob got butt loads of money to ship it here. maybe hes "up2sum"

what would it take to Register an aristo, or maybe a President? i know that skylines and other cars that are imported take some time and effort to get them registered. just wonderin.
