if its a push button type then it won't but if its a slip on type knob then it will work.

how does it attach Infinity q45 has no push button the knob just threads on but i cant see a knob costing that much and attaching with the little plastic sleev inserts and three small bolts to be worth it to me a little more info would be great in helping me decide wether to buy or not.

I have the Garson Glitter shifter on my F50.  

It does not have threads like the factory shift knob.  I wrapped electrical tape around the shifter.  There are 3 allen key bolts on the knob that you can tighten.

how do you like it compared to the stock one?

The feel is fine.  It tends to come lose every 3-4 months and I have to retighten the allen key bolts.  It is quite flashy so if you don't have other VIP interior parts it looks kinda out of place!
