Need help with wheels

hey guys need some help on locating a set of works verianza schwert sc1 size 19x8.5 2"lip, 19x10 4"lip in machine silver polis for a 2000 gs400.
also dont know alot about off sets so i may need some help in choseing the right one, but what i can say is that im 100% willing to rolle fenders but i want the car to look as clean as the one below.
