UPDATE: Y33 project

[FONT=Calibri]Sorry I didnt get it done in time for the Gotham meet but here is a small update.  The car was put on hold for a week due to customers cars that had to be done for shows and other things.But she was painted on Monday and starting to slowly but surely go back together. i thought you were going to get a kit too?!? either way... it came out nice as hell... and i've always wanted a diablo.... dayam.

I am just my booth isnt big enough to fit in the kit and the car so the kit and all the misc. parts are being painted now....car should hopefully be done by this weekend

Paint is ridiculous in person. Color is off the hook. Dont worry I'll be by towards the end of this week to see it. :biggthumpup:

all Paint is a BASF Glasurit 

Its a full custom color, 4 stage

Stage 1-Porsche GT Silver    
Stage 2-Transparent White
Stage 3-Purple/green  pearl     blue/white pearl silver,and pink added to binder 
Stage 4 Glamour Clear

Well I run the shop so cost to me isnt too bad but a paint job like this would be about 10-12K and as far as kits go I went with Version select

paint sounds great! can't wait to see all the pearl in full effect! car looks it will be a reall head turner! congrats on getting this in such great shape!

10-12k. :runcoold: im not baller enough to think about paying twice the value of our cars for a paint job. but damn, i'd love to learn the art and charge that. haha. :shrug:

The paint looks sick.  If your shop wasn't so far, I would take it there to get mine painted

Yeah man I understand I am hella far from you but hey some times that what it takes......I can always send one of my low profile tow trucks or I can personally coem up with a truck and tralier for no charge.......consider it complementary for you

@Mono.  If you cant get them off Yahoo Japan for what ever reason I can get them for you brand new OEM from Nissan Japan but they arent cheap that way.
