insurance group coilover spring size?

does anybody know offhand what the coilover spring sizes are (i think the relevant specs might be ID and length) for the original springs off a set of insurance group coilovers for y33? i'm overseas right now so i can't measure my own car; if anybody has any clue, i would greatly appreciate it.

funny, i have to do this for mine on my 2GS as i want to get some harder springs for mine. i tried to do it on-car for my car last night but struggled somewhat. i got approximately 65mm ID (90mm OD and about 12-13mm spring width) but like i say, thats for my JZS160.
 
As for your length for a Y33, i downloaded their catalogue chart and it has those spring lengths next to the spring rates on the chart:
 
Y33 Cima = FRONT: 8kg / 190mm   REAR: 6kg / 240mm

thanks -- i saw that chart too. i'm hoping those are accurate and the guys at swift springs can translate that into something useful!

Yeah i imagine it would be correct, as those dimensions i provided to the only local coilover supplier here in Australia, HSD, and they seem to match what they have on their coilovers in ID & OD. But they only do 200mm length standard, so i'll just have to adjust my front ride height to suit as i currently have 240mm on my Insurance.  
 
Swift would be nice though :P i'm upgrading to 12k / 8k (from 10k / 6k) as i read somewhere that anything more than ~20% change in rate ends up mismatching to the damping too much?

i think the ride of my setup is already a bit stiff for daily driving, so i'm staying with the same spring rate - 8kg/mm front and 6kg/mm rear. apparently swift springs behave like a spring with a lower spring rate? i think that was something i read on their website.
