I need HONEST opinions. Don't hold back either.

Here's the situation. I have a 2003 Q45 and I want to pick up a set of Forgiato Piastra's, but I don't have the dough yet. So I have a friend who has a set of 20"x9"-20"x10" Sevas S55 wheels and will sell them to me for $200, but one has a little crack and on one the black is coming off the rim. It's $95 to fix the crack. As far as the color, if I completely powdercoat the entire set to match the paint it would cost me $65 per wheel for a total cost of $555. Should I do it just to not ride stock until I get my wheels????

its a toss up...for $400 and some spray paint....thats not a bad deal

ride stock...

A cracked wheel is never a good deal.

Save the $555 and put that towards the wheels you really want.

yup,save your money.beacuse its just gonna take you a lot more longer to get the rims you really want.

Sevas known to crack. Avoid them. Save for something that you really want.

I've seen at least 6 different sets of Sevas wheels have their barrels crack in half.  It's a SERIOUS danger to drive on them.

Sevas is a crappy wheel...ride stock for now.

Dont do it, those are ugly wheels. Just save up and get something better man.

Save up & i think those forgiato's would look dope if done with correct offset/fitting.

this here should tell you everything you need to know. i wouldnt ride on sevas if i had a full set for spares and i had 4 flats. tow truck > sevas.

stock looks better than those.
Throw some spacers on with the stocks and it will look 10X better.

keep her stock and keep saving for the wheels you really want!

+1 on that.. I wouldn't put a cracked rim on my car at all

save until you get what you want.......you'll be happier in the end...

buy the cheap wheel, fix it, resell. 
 
advertise it in your local craigslist as "twenkies, donkies, dubbers" or whatever lol
