Never heard of it but it looks pretty dope. Looked it up on Wikipedia. Looks like it was made from 1999–2001. Short lived but looks like it had lots of potential.

Reminds me of a LS 400 / Volvo S60 / Mitsu Diamante / Acura RL, all mixed together. But I can't tell if it's a big body or not (looks kinda short in the rears) prob more midsized like GS..

It's a mitsubishi actually. As noted was produced in 1999-2001. But I guess it was a company only type vehicle, like the intercepts that were made for police cruisers only.
I have been trying to find some nice pics but nothing big so far. mostly minkara photos.
There is another owner on minkara with a ridiculous F50.
