So I own a MacBook Pro.

I never ventured outside of iPods until recently when I came across an opportunity to purchase a NIB 17" Pro for an amazing price. I was thinking about selling it and make a killing, but I figure I'd benefit more from owning it. One benefit is that my mother can now surf her websites without viruses smothering my computer (haha). Plus the specs on the bad boy is bananas.

The resolution is off the chain. All the images look dwarfed here on VSC. Hahahha

My Dad just gave me his two year old MacBook Pro, the dual processor machine!
He and my Mom have five Macs, so he gave me this one to help with the new business.

We had Macs when I was a kid, so I am familiar with them, but I've been a PC guy for a
long time because I had a lot of PC-based software I had to run for work.

Now I can do it on the Mac. Loading SolidWorks tonight... Thanks, Dad! :)

Never used anything but Mac since my 1st design class in 1992. Never had a problem w/ any of them, my G4 tower at home is nearly 10 years old (updated processor a few years back) and still 100% up to date OS w/ no worries, no problems. Have 5 I oversee at work, 2 iBooks at home and a decade old G4. Yeah, I'm kinda biased too when it comes to computers.
