new wheels for the truck
one of my customers had me order some custom wheels for her truck (09 2500HD) so i had Asanti build a set for me and they came in today. i kinda went with an upscale looking rim to match her porsche 997(machined face with gunmetal trim ) 22"dia by 12" wide (offset i forget off hand) lo disk. 40" nitto mud grapplers are gonna be mounted on these:smiley-rofl:
ill post better pics tomorrow

Haha, they do that in Hawaii all the time. Hawaii has all kinds of big trucks with fancy wheels and off-road tires. I remember a couple years back they started to make the lower profile off-road tires too.

I take it you mean bead locked wheels..as in bolts connecting a plate to the wheel to protect the tires/beads and keep them from coming off under heavy load with low pressure...not as in a specific brand. I don't think that truck is intended to do any wild articulation..haha.

I know that beadlocks can be made out of standard steelies. I've done it before a few times, back in my "mudding" days. ;)

That's cool stuff man! We did a Tundra on 24" Asantis and 37" tires here last year but that's peanuts compared to what you're up to on this one!

yep, still working on the dyno tune, but should see at least 500 @ the rear wheels (hopefully without breaking any stock internals) we're working with an 11 lb spring

Goddddamnnn that Truck is crazy. I can kind of see why our government decided to ban body lifts here. If you had an accident with just about any other car you would just go straight over them. Looks like you could just reverse over the car behind you!
Does look baller though :)

well for reference, those are also 22's on the rear of the mustang. we dynoed the stang today and it put down 461hp and 497 tq. and thats after like 23 runs and an IAT of 170. on the streets this thing is gonna make damn close to 500.
oh yeah and the truck makes close to 800 tq and like 460 hp with a couple of tuners we have on it.
