UAS leak detection

I have UAS installed with a viar vu4 solenoid block,dakota gauges & 2 Viair 480 compressors...i seem to have a leak somewhere in the system because when i park & come back to my car it's dumped,my question is what other method besides soapy water is there to try and find a leak? i've tried the soapy water & i can't seem to find it...this is so annoying.

any help is appreciated.

id like to know as well, because when i had my fronts aired up, a couple hours later, the front is down. my easystreet autopilot controller already let me know that there was a leak in the rear, but for the fronts, it doesnt show any leak signs or anything.
not trying to threadjack, just trying to contribute.

I had the same problem.. everytime I parked in my driveway the next morning when I start the vehicle my compressors would go on and my car would be aired out all the way. Zach from universal air told me to check the hoses and fittings from the tank to the compressors and the tank to the rear electric valves. after taking them apart and reconnecting them with new teflon tape and tightening them down more the leak stopped.

take a bottle of soap and water and soak everything down and listen and look ... 

I have done that some times and works

That's the nice thing about hydraulics...if there's a leak anywhere, trust me, you'll know where it's coming from =)

If anything is installed correctly, then it wouldn't have leaks. I don't see how that makes hydros better than air bags. A slow leak is better than an oily mess anyway.

oily mess? Nothing should be an oily mess if all the fittings are teflon'd correctly. It seems that more air systems must be installed incorrectly, since some here are having issues with air leaks, and I haven't had any issues with leaks.

Where did I say in this thread that hydraulics are better? I just made a statement about an air leak being more difficult to find than a hydraulic leak. Geez, someone's cranky tonight...

Maybe you can try to isolate it...its a longer process but its an alternative to soapy water.

isolate each line first and see if that will lower the psi or not if not then that LINE is ok, then go on to the next one?

I dont have an air system, but in electronics, thats how I would do it hehe.

Like others have mentioned... You have to systematically diagnose the leak... 
 
What i would do: 
 
1. Fill up the each corner to like 80psi (or close to it)... then watch the gauges for like 20 to 30 minutes and see which corner is losing pressure... This will isolate where the leak is originating. 
 
2. Then focus on that and check each fitting associated with the corner that leaking...
 
 
I know that Flaves had a leak and we checked everything... the last thing we did was remover the bag from the shock and submerged it in a 5 gallon pal of water... that where the leak was... in one of the seams of the air bag itself... UAS sent him a new bag and no more leaks...

Man, stuff like this is why I am still hesitant to go air.  But yeah, you should definitely isolate everything to find the source of the leak, that's the best method.

Thanks for the info guys...rodney i'm gonna try the bag in water since ther's no leaks coming from the fittings.

i think most of these guys is diy on their own set up so it is like their first time...

i am sure if the shop installed it they would troubleshoot it for them.

just make sure you didnt use crappy fittings.

could be the valve leaking too.

how about removing the whole system .. and submerging it into a swimming pool and then look for bubbles =)
