New To VSC But Not Wheel Fitment, Have Some Questions

Hei guys I have a 06 infiniti g35 coupe lower on BC RACING Coilovers and I ordered some wheels

20x9.5 -8
20x10.5 -8

I was planning on getting 225s up front and 245s in the rear for fitment issues. My question is should I do a 35 profile or a 30 on those tires? Also I'm aware of different tire brands running bigger or smaller, so does this have an impact on what I'm looking for?

Also I'm stuck between tire brands, I was looking at General Exclaims UHP (i believe), Toyo T1R (expensive yes), Toyo Proxe4s and last Falken 452s(recommended by MANY but I have heard WAY too many stories of them not up to par when it comes to daily driving on stretched tires)
