G50: Not enough camber adj with aftermarket arms...

I am having an issue with my FUCAs on my G50.  I have adjusted them to their full extent and still can't seem to get my camber in the specs I want (positive side of the camber spectrum).  So in my quest to not have fully lengthened camber arms I have discovered an SPL part that I might need.  If anyone else has used this or heard of it please let me know, I plan on ordering it asap.  This will be used in conjunction with adjustable arms btw.


"300degree fixed camber compensation kit spaces the upper arm bracket away from the chassis to provide a fixed amount of extra positive camber.  This kit will bring camber back to factory spec for cars lowered 1/2" to 3/4" in front.

Arent you on coilovers? i think what you quoted from the spl site should explain it all to you already.

Right, but what it does is give you about 3* of positive camber.  My adjustable arms are at -1* right now and the threads are dangerously close to the ends and can't be adjusted anymore...

If you look at the suspension diagrams this will move the actual bracket that attach the FUCAs to the frame.  Which means this isn't just for people who don't want adjustable arms, it's for anyone that wants the bracket relocated.

From the description it's not designed for people with coilovers or extreme drops as in our  case. mild drop with no camber adjust ability (e.g. springs). Not sure I would run Adjustable FUCA's and the adapter plate together though.

So what would you suggest I do?  I'm out of ideas.

Camber plates maybe or, have something fabricated using the adjustable FUCA's you have.

Well the q45 master technician on NICO has suggested that I relocate the bracket all together in order to correct the camber arm to a more oem geometry.

+2. I dont think camber plates will do anything, unless you are speaking of something that has to do with the UCA? What type of arms are you using in the front? Get another set? i know spls arms are sapose to go hella +

I honestly don't remember the brand of my current ones.  I think I might just buy some spl arms.

Silly me, I just realized the setup on a G50 and yea Camber plates would be useless.

iirc, the factory camber specs are -1.0* with a tollerance of like 0.6* or 0.7*.. so -1.6 or -1.7 you are still in spec... imo i dont see anything wrong with using those camber shims with ajustable upper control arms, i plan on doing so if i cant dial in the specs i want with just adjustable UCA.  but ill be cool with like -1.5* or so... i just install some S14 tension rods in the front of my G50, it kinda sucks cuz now i can feel everything on the road, but i was able to even out the caster from left to right at 7.5*. front camber is at -3.0*, rear camber is at -3.9*... hope you are able to work everything out, and doing so safely...

My only concern with  shims and after market arms are all the altered parts stacked on top of each other.

figure just sell the FUCA' and get the spl's if they have a wider range of adjust ability

Yea I'm trashing mine and getting spls as soon as I can get the money.

Nope that's why I'm not moving the bracket
